Superbrain yoga!

But also I feel, because it's easy and easy things are hard to do! One could wake up every morning for a fiew days, but after a week or so, one could say " eh, I'm bored with that, it's not working" to keep going for every morning over weeks and then months, manifests change. It's like a subtle chain reaction, starting with getting up earlier every morning to do the exercise even though maybe one doesn't want to get up earlier. It sets an intention. An intention to become more intelligent and then that evolves to other areas of one's daily life.
And what for the children with learning difficulties? Well the exercise does work on a subtle level, but studies have also shown, that if you put routine into a child's life, things like, getting up with intention in the morning, to sitting down at the table for dinner at the same time everyday and going to bed at the same time, then that child will grow to be more intelligent and successful! Successful people become that way not just through plain old luck, but because they work hard and routinely do things they don't want to do, because they know there will be a pay-off in the long run.
